If you are like most LDS parents I know, you probably don't have hours upon hours of free time to search out Pinterest and make the 25 ingredient healthy snack that the single with no kids, professionally trained chef is highlighting and claiming to be "so simple to make."
Most of us don't have that kind of time.
Most of us are just trying to get something on the table or in our kids' mouths before we feel the last fume of our energy reserves wisp away.
The fact is, that sometimes we don't want to have to make a snack and it is just so much easier to simply purchase something that is ready to eat and more convenient for our "on the go" stage of life.
This very thing can very easily derail us off of our nutritional goals.
If you feel like you are constantly searching for healthy snacks that you can purchase, but don't quite know what is healthy or not, then fear no more.
Simply follow my 10/10/10 Rule, and rest assured that you and your kids are getting great nutrition, even if it is on the go.
