Quick Monthly Workouts

Get new workouts each month. These workouts are 20 minutes or less. However, don't mistake quick for "easy," because they will get your heart pumping, burn fat, and will shape lean muscle.

You will have two options:

  • Minimal equipment (@ home)

or

  • Basic equipment (@ home/gym)
