It is the Holiday season.

That means things are about to get busy, busy, busy.

Wait a sec, I just said, "holiday" season. What I meant to say, is Christmas season.


I love Christmas!

Just because things are busy, doesn't mean we can't still get in a great workout.

If you are strapped for time and have an inclination to skip your workout because you only have 15-20 minutes, don't. 

Instead, pull up this video and get after it. 



The key to getting great results is to stay consistent. 

Rather than pushing the pause button on our fitness during the Christmas season, try simply dialing back.

That is why so many don't ever achieve massive results with their fitness and health. It is because they are constantly pushing the pause button when things get busy or hard. 

Doing this makes you have to start all over again. 

So, instead of pushing the pause button when things get busy, simply dial it back, but still do something.

Then, when things open back up and slow down, you can get back after it by dialing it up. 

For real, lasting results, get rid of your pause button and switch it out for a dial. 

Don't ever pause or stop, simply dial back and then quickly dial it up when things open up in your schedule again.
