This is definitely the season where most of my clients begin to worry about their usual weight gain that they experience from the holiday festivities.
Thanksgiving kicks off the season and everyone I work with is asking me how to have a successful Thanksgiving while honoring their health and fitness goals.
They don't want to gain weight, but they still want to enjoy their favorite foods and traditions.
