About Us

Who is family tough? We are Seth and Cheyenne Bigelow, we love the mountains, playing at the park, family movie nights, tag team wrestling, and the fourth of July. We have 6 sons, one dog and an escape artist parakeet. Seth graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Fitness and Wellness Management. He is also a Certified Health and Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Cheyenne graduated with a Bachelors degree in Marriage Family and Human Development with an emphasis in Community Education. We are devoted to Jesus Christ, dedicated to our marriage, and absolutely in love with our 6 little boys.

Just like you we’ve noticed some alarming trends in the world today, divorce rates, childhood obesity, abortion. These problems are real. They are all around us, and they are rising. They seem to center around one common place; the disintegration of the family. No matter how you look at it, the family is in trouble. The benefit of recognizing this is that it actually empowers us. If we want to improve our neighborhoods, communities, even society as a whole, we know where we can place our best efforts. Improve families, improve the world.

With everything that families are up against today we believe there needs to be as many voices in favor of families as possible. We are taking a stand and declaring that the condition of our family matters above all else. As we embark on this journey to strengthen our family we’ve put together 5 simple steps to make certain that we are putting our energy into the things that will most ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical well being of our family.

We lift our voices to encourage, inspire, and add to those who believe deeply and commit fully to creating strong, unbreakable, families that can withstand the pressures and demands of the day. Families that are close, resilient, solid, determined, healthy, tough. Family tough.
